Some facts regarding COVID-19 vaccines
– COVID-19 vaccines are effective. For example, a research from France among 22 million people of 50 years and older has shown that the vaccines reduce the risk of being hospitalized and dying up to at least 90%.*
– The side effects of the vaccines are very rare. For instance, the rate of anaphylaxis (a serious allergic reaction) after a COVID-19 vaccination is 0.0002-0.0005% – yet from other sources (like food) the baseline rate is 0.05-2%. If vaccine side effects do occur, it’s usually within 2 days – and rarely within 2 months. This is known from vaccinations in the previous decades.
– Everything that exists, including vaccines, consists of chemicals. Vaccine ingredients leave the body in the short term. mRNA does not change DNA – it doesn’t, for instance, have access to the nucleus (the DNA storage). The history of mRNA technology goes back to the 1960’s, so it’s not something new.
